Ingredients
- 2 large zucchini
- 2 pre-cooked chicken sausages
- 1/3 cup grape tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- olive oil
- fresh basil - chopped
- salt + pepper to taste

Instructions
- Using a spiralizer, create noodles with zucchini (aka: zoodles). Slice pre-cooked sausage into 1/4" rounds.
- Heath olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook for about 3 minutes. Then add zucchini, tomatoes, and garlic. Sauté until zoodles begin to soften. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh basil.
This was great – and so simple! I added a few more spices since I didn’t have fresh basil. will make again!
