  1. Using a spiralizer, create noodles with zucchini (aka: zoodles). Slice pre-cooked sausage into 1/4″ rounds.
  2. Heath olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and cook for about 3 minutes. Then add zucchini, tomatoes, and garlic. Sauté until zoodles begin to soften. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh basil.
