Ingredients
- 2 salmon filets
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cups butter lettuce
- ½ cucumber , thinly sliced
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes , halved
Dressing
- 1 avocado , divided
- ½ cup water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 green onion , roughly chopped
- ¼ tsp sea salt

Instructions
- Make the salmon: Generously season the salmon.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon, flesh side down, and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes. FLip, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until cooked through. Set aside.
- While the salmon is cooking, make the dressing. In a blender, combine half of the avocado, water, lemon juice and zest, dill, parsley, cilantro, green onion, and salt. Blend until smooth
- Divide the lettuce, cucumber, and remaining avocado. Top with salmon and dressing. Enjoy
