  1. Make the salmon: Generously season the salmon.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon, flesh side down, and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes. FLip, and cook for an additional 5 minutes until cooked through. Set aside.
  3. While the salmon is cooking, make the dressing. In a blender, combine half of the avocado, water, lemon juice and zest, dill, parsley, cilantro, green onion, and salt. Blend until smooth
  4. Divide the lettuce, cucumber, and remaining avocado. Top with salmon and dressing. Enjoy
