- 1 14 oz can chickpeas , drained
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a tray with baking paper.
- Lay a clean kitchen towel on the counter. Add the chickpeas to the towel, and pat them dry.
- Transfer the chickpeas to a medium bowl and toss with nutritional yeast, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and olive oil.
- Add the seasoned chickpeas to the baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy.
- Store in a loosely covered container, and enjoy within two days.
