  1. Preheat the oven to 425F. Line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Lay a clean kitchen towel on the counter. Add the chickpeas to the towel, and pat them dry.
  3. Transfer the chickpeas to a medium bowl and toss with nutritional yeast, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and olive oil.
  4. Add the seasoned chickpeas to the baking tray and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy.
  5. Store in a loosely covered container, and enjoy within two days.
