Ingredients
- 1 cup raw veggies of choice (carrots, celery, cucumber, bell pepper, etc.)
- 1/8 cup dairy-free herb ranch dressing
- For the Ranch Dressing:
- 1/2 cup high-quality mayonnaise or Vegenaise
- 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1-2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- salt + pepper

Instructions
- Slice fresh veggies and dip in the dairy free ranch dressing.
- For Dressing: Combine dressing ingredients and whisk until well mixed. Use immediately or store in the fridge for up to a week.
