Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 + 1/4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/2 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together in a container and mix well. Place lid on container and refrigerate for 3-8 hours (or overnight). Serve cold or at room temperature.
