Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can chickpeas , drained and liquid reserved
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup pesto (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 2-3 tbsp chickpea liquid
- salt and pepper , to taste

Instructions
- Add the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, pesto, and spinach to a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
- Add the reserved chickpea liquid, as needed, until smooth and creamy.
- Serve with crackers and or vegetables.
