Ingredients

chickpeas
, drained and liquid reserved

tahini

garlic

lemon juice

pesto
(store-bought or homemade)

fresh spinach

tbsp
chickpea liquid
salt and pepper
, to taste
Instructions
Add the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, pesto, and spinach to a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
Add the reserved chickpea liquid, as needed, until smooth and creamy.
Serve with crackers and or vegetables.
