Instructions
  1. Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F and line a cookie tray with parchment paper.
  2. Add the eggs, pure maple syrup, melted ghee, peppermint, and vanilla extract to a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  3. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, sea salt, and chocolate chips.
  4. Drop the cookie dough by the rounded tablespoon onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool and sprinkle with the peppermint candy, if using. Enjoy!

      Hi Irene! While we haven’t personally tested this, you should be able to use regular flour – just note that the texture of the final product may change slightly.
