Ingredients
- 7 large medjool dates , pitted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 cup peanut butter or sunflower butter
- 2/3 cup rolled oats , gluten free if needed
- 2 tbsp whole flax seeds
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs

Instructions
- In a food processor, pulse the medjool dates, vanilla, salt, peanut butter, and oats until a dough forms.
- Add water, ½ tablespoon at a time, as needed to blend.
- Add the flax seeds and cacao nibs, pulsing a few times to incorporate.
- Use a tablespoon measuring spoon to roll into 10 golf ball sized bites.
