Instructions
In a food processor, pulse the medjool dates, vanilla, salt, peanut butter, and oats until a dough forms.
Add water, ½ tablespoon at a time, as needed to blend.
Add the flax seeds and cacao nibs, pulsing a few times to incorporate.
Use a tablespoon measuring spoon to roll into 10 golf ball sized bites.
