- 1 cup smooth peanut butter
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup almond flour
- ⅓ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips , 70% cacao or higher

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F. Line and grease an 8-by-8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Add the almond flour, baking soda, and salt, mixing until well combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and transfer to the baking dish.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before slicing.
