Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, cooking for 5-6 minutes, or until it begins to soften.
  3. Add the garlic, carrots, celery, and pepper, cooking for an additional 5-6 minutes.
  4. Add the chili powder, cumin, oregano, and turmeric, stirring to evenly distribute.
  5. Add the oats, tomatoes, broth, and beans.
  6. Bring to a boil, and reduce to simmer for 20 minutes, or thickened to your preferences.
  7. Add the chocolate, stirring until melted. Enjoy!
