black beans
, drained and rinsed

red kidney beans
, drained and rinsed

70% dark chocolate
salt and pepper

Instructions
Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat.
Add the onion, cooking for 5-6 minutes, or until it begins to soften.
Add the garlic, carrots, celery, and pepper, cooking for an additional 5-6 minutes.
Add the chili powder, cumin, oregano, and turmeric, stirring to evenly distribute.
Add the oats, tomatoes, broth, and beans.
Bring to a boil, and reduce to simmer for 20 minutes, or thickened to your preferences.
Add the chocolate, stirring until melted. Enjoy!
