Instructions
  1. Start by cooking the rolled oats with the almond milk for 7-10 minutes or until cooked.
  2. Add half of the cooked oats to the bottom of a glass jar or serving bowl and top with ¼ cup of the coconut milk yogurt and half of the granola.
  3. Add another layer of the cooked rolled oats (using what’s left), followed by the remaining coconut milk yogurt, and granola.
  4. Top with fresh raspberries and a drizzle of raw honey.

  1. I’m a little confused. In the instructions it mentions granola, but in the ingredient list there is no mention of granola.

It’s clearly a mistake, but I think I’m going to make this tomorrow and just eyeball it. Maybe a half cup of granola or so?

  3. Recipe Central (if you have access) has a lot of granola recipes – so maybe borrowing from one of those 🙂 I just may make this one soon too!

  4. Just made this. It is so satisfying! I used Purely Elisabeth original granola. Only difference from recipe I made was a pinch of Real Salt with the oatmeal and a dash of vanilla extract in it too. The combination of the sweet top with the unsweetened warm oatmeal is perfect. Together it is not too sweet or bland. Balanced is the best way to describe it. The granola crunch is just enough. You have to try this!

Thank you everyone who pointed out that granola was missing from the ingredient list – it’s now fixed. Feel free to use your favorite granola, or make your own using a recipe from Recipe Central!

  6. No doubt, this is delicious and nutritious. The serving size is huge to me, so I’d probably cut this into 2 or 3 servings. This is also very high in carbs for me, as I have insulin resistance, so I probably won’t splurge on recipes like this very often.
