Ingredients
- 1 cup raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
- 1 cup coconut chips
- 1/2 cup roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 1 cup banana chips
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
- sea salt (optional, to taste)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. On a rimmed baking sheet, spread pepitas and coconut chips on a single layer and toast in the oven for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Remove from oven and let cool. Combine pepitas, coconut chips, sunflower seeds, dried cherries, banana chips, and chocolate. Toss and enjoy! Store in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to a week.
Fab snack for someone who doesn’t like nuts its a blessing. Definitely trying this one!
