Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (plus more for serving)
- 15 medjool dates , pitted
- 1/4 cup water (or more as needed)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (like Enjoy Life brand)

Instructions
- Add the almonds, cashews, chia seeds, cocoa powder, vanilla, and sea salt to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend for about 20 seconds.
- Add the pitted dates and water and process until the mixture comes together, adding more water if needed.
- Transfer to a mixing bowl and fold in the chocolate chips.
- Add to a loaf pan or brownie pan and flatten using a spatula. Set in the fridge for 20 minutes and then slice into brownies.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy!
This looks yummy! I make a simpler version that is just walnuts and medjool dates. Process and then form into balls and roll in raw cacao powder.
