Ingredients

raw almonds

pure vanilla extract

water
(or more as needed)

chocolate chips
(like Enjoy Life brand)
Instructions
Add the almonds, cashews, chia seeds, cocoa powder, vanilla, and sea salt to a high-speed blender or food processor and blend for about 20 seconds.
Add the pitted dates and water and process until the mixture comes together, adding more water if needed.
Transfer to a mixing bowl and fold in the chocolate chips.
Add to a loaf pan or brownie pan and flatten using a spatula. Set in the fridge for 20 minutes and then slice into brownies.
Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy!
