Ingredients
- 1/2 pineapple - cored and diced
- 4 roma tomatoes - diced
- 1 mango - diced
- 1 green bell pepper - diced
- 1 red bell pepper - diced
- 1 jalapeño - seeds removed and diced
- 1/2 small red onion - diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro leaves - chopped
- 1-2 limes - juiced
- salt to taste

- In a large bowl, mix together pineapple, tomatoes, mango, peppers, onion, and cilantro. Drizzle lime juice and mix until well combined. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Refrigeate for 30 minutes prior to serving.
