- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup sugar (or ¼ cup monk fruit + ¼ cup sugar)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp espresso powder
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds (or nut of your choice)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F/176°C. Grease and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with baking paper.
- Combine almond flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and espresso powder in a medium bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, almond milk, and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts. Transfer to the lined pan.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes.
- Let cool in the pan, slice, and enjoy!
