  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/176°C. Grease and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with baking paper.
  2. Combine almond flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and espresso powder in a medium bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, olive oil, almond milk, and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry, mixing until just combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and nuts. Transfer to the lined pan.
  5. Bake for 22-25 minutes.
  6. Let cool in the pan, slice, and enjoy!
