Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked lentils (Trader Joe's has steamed lentils in the produce section)
- 1/3 cup store-bought bruschetta mixture
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 1 tomato - chopped
- 2 whole grain or gluten-free tortillas

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine lentils and bruschetta mixture. Mix well. Divide mixture between two tortillas. Add hummus and chopped tomatoes to each tortilla. Roll up and enjoy!
