Ingredients

cooked lentils
(Trader Joe’s has steamed lentils in the produce section)
1/3
cup
store-bought bruschetta mixture
2
tbsp
hummus
1
tomato
– chopped
2
whole grain or gluten-free tortillas
Instructions
In a bowl, combine lentils and bruschetta mixture. Mix well. Divide mixture between two tortillas. Add hummus and chopped tomatoes to each tortilla. Roll up and enjoy!
