Ingredients
- 1 lb asparagus , trimmed
- 4 salmon filets
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp fresh chopped dill
- 1 tsp honey
- 4 lemon slices

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400F, or heat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Cut four sheets of foil, and divide the asparagus among the foil.
- Top with the salmon.
- In a small bowl, combine the dijon mustard, olive oil, honey, and dill. Divide the honey mustard on top of each salmon filet.
- Top with a lemon slice.
- Wrap the foil over the salmon and crimp to seal.
- Bake or grill for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked.
- Unwrap to serve.
