Ingredients

asparagus
, trimmed

salmon filets

extra virgin olive oil

tbsp
dijon mustard
2
tsp
fresh chopped dill

tsp
honey
4
lemon slices
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F, or heat the grill to medium-high heat.
Cut four sheets of foil, and divide the asparagus among the foil.
Top with the salmon.
In a small bowl, combine the dijon mustard, olive oil, honey, and dill. Divide the honey mustard on top of each salmon filet.
Top with a lemon slice.
Wrap the foil over the salmon and crimp to seal.
Bake or grill for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked.
Unwrap to serve.
