- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds

Instructions
- Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F and greasing a large baking sheet with coconut oil or lining it with parchment paper.
- Next, add the pure maple syrup and coconut oil to a stock pot over low heat and whisk until the coconut oil is melted.
- Pour the maple syrup and coconut oil mixture into a large mixing bowl along with the rolled oats and stir.
- Add the pure vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and pecans and stir well.
- Pour onto the greased or lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until the oats just start to brown.
- Allow to cool and then pour into a glass jar and add the raisins and hemp seeds. Mix well.
- Enjoy with unsweetened full-fat Greek yogurt topped with berries, coconut yogurt, or serve with your favorite non-dairy milk topped with berries.
I make this weekly now! I can’t go back to store-bought granola anymore! Yum!
