Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F and greasing a large baking sheet with coconut oil or lining it with parchment paper.
Next, add the pure maple syrup and coconut oil to a stock pot over low heat and whisk until the coconut oil is melted.
Pour the maple syrup and coconut oil mixture into a large mixing bowl along with the rolled oats and stir.
Add the pure vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and pecans and stir well.
Pour onto the greased or lined baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until the oats just start to brown.
Allow to cool and then pour into a glass jar and add the raisins and hemp seeds. Mix well.
Enjoy with unsweetened full-fat Greek yogurt topped with berries, coconut yogurt, or serve with your favorite non-dairy milk topped with berries.
