- 1 large egg
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 2 slices high fiber bread
- 1 tsp butter or coconut oil
- greek yogurt , to serve
- fruit , to serve

Instructions
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg, almond milk, protein powder, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the butter or coconut oil.
- Dunk the bread in the egg mixture to soak both sides. Add to the skillet, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Serve with yogurt and fruit.
