Instructions
  1. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg, almond milk, protein powder, and cinnamon until well combined.
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the butter or coconut oil.
  3. Dunk the bread in the egg mixture to soak both sides. Add to the skillet, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  4. Serve with yogurt and fruit.
