- 2 avocados , ripe
- 1 tbsp lime juice , fresh squeezed
- 2 tbsp onion , finely chopped
- 2 tbsp cilantro , chopped
- sea salt

Instructions
- Cut avocados in half and remove pits.
- Scoop the flesh out of the skins with a spoon into a bowl and mash it roughly with a fork.
- Stir in lime juice, onion, cilantro and salt.
- Taste and add more salt and lime juice if needed.
- Serve with sliced celery, carrots, cauliflower, endive leaves or jicama.
Quick Tip:
- Add a little greek yogurt to your guacamole for extra protein.
