Instructions
  1. Cut avocados in half and remove pits.
  2. Scoop the flesh out of the skins with a spoon into a bowl and mash it roughly with a fork.
  3. Stir in lime juice, onion, cilantro and salt.
  4. Taste and add more salt and lime juice if needed.
  5. Serve with sliced celery, carrots, cauliflower, endive leaves or jicama.
Quick Tip:
  1. Add a little greek yogurt to your guacamole for extra protein.
