Ingredients

avocados
, ripe

tbsp
lime juice
, fresh squeezed

tbsp
onion
, finely chopped
2
tbsp
cilantro
, chopped
sea salt
Instructions
Cut avocados in half and remove pits.
Scoop the flesh out of the skins with a spoon into a bowl and mash it roughly with a fork.
Stir in lime juice, onion, cilantro and salt.
Taste and add more salt and lime juice if needed.
Serve with sliced celery, carrots, cauliflower, endive leaves or jicama.
Quick Tip:
Add a little greek yogurt to your guacamole for extra protein.
