Ingredients
- 1-2 cups mixed greens
- 6 kalamata olives
- 1 tbsp banana peppers or chopped red pepper
- 4 oz cooked chicken or garbanzo beans
- 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp feta cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion - chopped
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt + pepper

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine greens, olives, peppers, chicken/garbanzo beans, tomatoes, feta, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk olive oil, oregano, and a dash of salt and pepper. Pour dressing over salad and enjoy!
