Ingredients
- 1 ginger tea bag
- 1-2 cups boiling water
- dash of ground cinnamon to taste
- dash of ground turmeric to taste
- dash of cayenne pepper to taste
- lemon wedge
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp raw honey

Instructions
- In a large mug, add tea bag and boiling water. Steep for 8-9 minutes and then remove tea bag. Add cinnamon, turmeric, and cayenne pepper and stir or whisk to combine.* Add apple cider vinegar and lemon wedge (squeeze a little of the juice out first into the tea). Add the raw honey and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
*Some of the spices may settle on the bottom of the mug, give the tea a stir to redistribute them.
