  1. In a large mug, add tea bag and boiling water. Steep for 8-9 minutes and then remove tea bag. Add cinnamon, turmeric, and cayenne pepper and stir or whisk to combine.* Add apple cider vinegar and lemon wedge (squeeze a little of the juice out first into the tea). Add the raw honey and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes

*Some of the spices may settle on the bottom of the mug, give the tea a stir to redistribute them.
