Ingredients
- 4 tbsp ghee
- 2 chicken breasts cubed
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- cooked cauliflower rice for serving
- fresh cilantro for serving
- avocado sliced, for serving (optional)

Instructions
- Start by adding the ghee to a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the cubed chicken and sauté for about 10 minutes or until no longer pink and completely cooked through.
- Add the garlic, onion powder, oregano, and salt and stir. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve the chicken over cauliflower rice and garnish with cilantro.
- Top with sliced avocado, if desired.
