Ingredients

chicken breasts
cubed

garlic
finely chopped

onion powder

dried oregano

sea salt
cooked cauliflower rice
for serving
fresh cilantro
for serving
avocado
sliced, for serving (optional)
Instructions
Start by adding the ghee to a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the cubed chicken and sauté for about 10 minutes or until no longer pink and completely cooked through.
Add the garlic, onion powder, oregano, and salt and stir. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve the chicken over cauliflower rice and garnish with cilantro.
Top with sliced avocado, if desired.
