Ingredients
- 1 roma tomato
- 4 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- raw veggies of choice for dipping (I like jicama and bell peppers)

Instructions
- Add tomato, 2 avocados, onion, lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, and salt to a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend/process until smooth.
- Transfer mixture from blender to bowl. Add remaining avocado and mash until desired consistency is reached. Serve with raw veggies for dipping.
