Ingredients

ripe avocados

red onion

fresh lemon or lime juice

fresh cilantro

garlic powder

sea salt
raw veggies of choice
for dipping (I like jicama and bell peppers)
Instructions
Add tomato, 2 avocados, onion, lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, and salt to a high-powered blender or food processor. Blend/process until smooth.
Transfer mixture from blender to bowl. Add remaining avocado and mash until desired consistency is reached. Serve with raw veggies for dipping.
