Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 3/4 cup raw almonds
- 3/4 cup pecans
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil , melted
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 1/4 cup unsweetened dark chocolate roughly chopped (such as Lily’s brand)

Instructions
- Start by preheating the oven to 325 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the pumpkin seeds, almonds, and pecans to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Add the pumpkin pie spice and salt, and mix again.
- Drizzle in the melted coconut oil and pure maple syrup and mix well.
- Pour the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Remove the granola from the oven and allow it to cool. Stir in the golden raisins and dark chocolate pieces. Mix well.
- Store in a glass container and enjoy as an easy on-the-go snack!
