roughly chopped (such as Lily’s brand)
Instructions
Start by preheating the oven to 325 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the pumpkin seeds, almonds, and pecans to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Add the pumpkin pie spice and salt, and mix again.
Drizzle in the melted coconut oil and pure maple syrup and mix well.
Pour the mixture onto the lined baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, tossing halfway through.
Remove the granola from the oven and allow it to cool. Stir in the golden raisins and dark chocolate pieces. Mix well.
Store in a glass container and enjoy as an easy on-the-go snack!
