- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- ½ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened, plain almond milk
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- sliced bananas , to serve

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, hemp hearts, coconut flakes, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
- Add the almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla, whisking to combine.
- Cover with plastic wrap, and let sit for at least two hours, or overnight.
