Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, hemp hearts, coconut flakes, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  2. Add the almond milk, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla, whisking to combine.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap, and let sit for at least two hours, or overnight.
