Instructions
  1. Start by heating a skillet over medium heat with the cooking oil. Add the salmon fillets and cook for about 7 minutes on each side or until completed cooked through.
  2. While the salmon is cooking, preheat the oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Add the broccoli florets and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with the chopped garlic, onion powder, sea salt, and pepper. Roast the broccoli for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve the broccoli with the cooked salmon over cauliflower rice and drizzle with teriyaki sauce.
How to Make Cauliflower Rice
  1. Simply cut a head of cauliflower into florets and add to a food processor. Process until it turns into “rice.”
  2. Add to a skillet with a drizzle of olive, coconut, or avocado oil, and sauté for about 5 minutes.
