Instructions
Start by heating a skillet over medium heat with the cooking oil. Add the salmon fillets and cook for about 7 minutes on each side or until completed cooked through.
While the salmon is cooking, preheat the oven to 375 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the broccoli florets and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with the chopped garlic, onion powder, sea salt, and pepper. Roast the broccoli for 15-20 minutes.
Serve the broccoli with the cooked salmon over cauliflower rice and drizzle with teriyaki sauce.
How to Make Cauliflower Rice
Simply cut a head of cauliflower into florets and add to a food processor. Process until it turns into “rice.”
Add to a skillet with a drizzle of olive, coconut, or avocado oil, and sauté for about 5 minutes.
