- ¼ cup grated cucumber , approximately ¼ cucumber
- 1 clove garlic , minced
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
- juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ¾ English cucumber , sliced

- In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, cucumber, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Season to taste. Serve with cucumber slices.
