Ingredients
- 2 slices deli turkey (preferably nitrate-free)
- 1 tsp mayonnaise or Vegenaise
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 cucumber spears (about 3" long)

Instructions
- Lay turkey flat on a plate. Divide mayonnaise and mustard between turkey slices. Place a cucumber spear on each of the turkey pieces. Roll up like sushi and enjoy!
