Ingredients

deli turkey
(preferably nitrate-free)

mayonnaise or Vegenaise
1
tsp
dijon mustard
2
cucumber spears
(about 3″ long)
Instructions
Lay turkey flat on a plate. Divide mayonnaise and mustard between turkey slices. Place a cucumber spear on each of the turkey pieces. Roll up like sushi and enjoy!
