- 2 carrots - thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper - thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves - chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro - chopped
- 1 avocado - diced
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts or cashews
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds
Dressing Ingredients
- 2 tbsp natural peanut butter (no sugar added)
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1/2 tsp Sriracha sauce (optional)
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp water

Instructions
- Combine cabbage, carrots, pepper, basil, and cilantro in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Pour dressing over salad and top with chopped nuts and avocado.
